I am not so sure if this is a big enough concern to actually do anything about, but I have noticed that atleast a couple times, daily, some fool who has decided not to read, posts a topic in the Art & Music section that needs to be in the Movies & Music section. Now this may be a problem that is to insignificant to deal with, but a simple change in the title of that topic would probably solve that problem. (even if it is in the topic description...people still seem to make this mistake very often).
