In case of tie

If it turns out to be a tie (20 points each). We will work it out by how much a team won by (Eg. One team might have won 200-0 and lost the other game 199-200) In this case this team will be positive by 199. If another team lost 0-200 and won 200-199 they will be negative by 199. In this case the team that is positive will be above the table on team that isn't.
