I think that AG should let you have a choice of the way the threads are listed, like in terms of name of the thread (alphabetical), date of creation, last post, etc... Right now they're only listed from the most recent post, which isn't helpful when you're trying to find a specific thread.
I know what you mean bigbowla, for example, i made a thread called "N game" and i tried to search for it, and when i did a WHOLE BUNCH of other stuff came up, and my thread was really far down, alot of stuff didn't even have the same words as the topic i was searching for
