Man I have so many.
Bioshock what really got to me is "Would you kindly Kill me?"
Would you kindly.
Would you kindly.
Would you kindly.
The good ending of Bioshock.
All justifed when you get to beat the **** out of that prick Fontaine D:<
Reach was awful because like, you knew from the get go that nobody survives. Half Life 2 Episode Two. ELI NOOOOOO. I put down the controller and cried. I loved Eli..mostly because he reminded me of Morgan Freeman. And you just make such a connection with him throughout all of Half Life 2, and the sorrow you feel for Alyx. Just AWFUL.
You have the heartbreaking story of Doctor West (?) in Splatterhouse. Losing your wife to some weird religious ritual? Bad. Having to kill your students unwantingly in order to find out how to revive your wife? Dude. Then finding out that your wife is some kind of corrupted evil beast monster hell bent on killing everything and goes through body horror in her true form? DUDE.

Katawa Shoujo... all of it. I personally thought that Lilly's route was the one that made me cry the most.

Sad moments? I can name a few at the top of my head that actually get me feeling kinda blue.
It's not exactly Aerith's death in FFVII, but more or less her theme song that played during the Jenova battle.
Zack Fair's tragic fate at the ending of Crisis Core was pretty sad, but yet again, it was the song that played in the end.
Now, one that hasn't failed to make me a little bummed out was the death of Lavitz from Legend of Dragoon. Completely unexpected for me. >__>

The ending off Mass Effect 3. I really loved 1&2 and that it has an ending now is sad but just the ending scene and the loses. And if that isn't enough the dramatic beautiful music. I almost cried.

I think the ending of Shadow of the Colossus for the PS2 is one of the saddest moments in a game.
(Shadow of the Colossus, along with the game Ico, were remade for the PS3. If anyone has a PS3, I recommend getting those games.)

The saddest momment for me in a game was when I had put in about 2.5 hours and then my laptop battery died. :0

I dont play games like that, but i think this is the some sadest things ever:
*spoilers*
1.When like in pokemon heart gold,Your rival (if you have ceilbi) time travels and was actualy part of team rocket or looked up to the leader as his dad
2.in white when plasma starts kicking the munna,(very sadding)
3.this got to me...platinum,you see garintina and cyrus, cyrus yells something about weaklings strong peeps and pokemon,(relly got to me)
AND LAST:pokemon rangers shadows of alimia;when you go to fight darkrai, you get sucked into a portal of doom (almost) when your old BFF comes to save you, when you beat the game the evil dude says something about killing his dad with darkrai, then he goes to 'jail'
