I'm 14 years old and want to make flash games. Can someone tell me what programs and other stuff i will need to start. And if there are any good books. thx.

You'll have to learn to "think with code" which includes syntax and logic skills. But first, see where you can get with the links that I gave you, and post a reply if you need any help.
