Well there is one in plain sight in the middle section of the level. It's one floor higher than the bonus level with the spider bat. To reach it, you need to jump from higher ground, then slide to pick up speed, and jump from wall to wall until you get to the top platform. There is a second one one the higher part of the level. You need to go in the middle section, close to where you found the first star, all the way to the right, then wall run to get to the higher floor, run left, slide to pick up speed, and jump. It's really, really high above the ground, so you might have to try again a few times. Anyone knows where the third star is?
Found the third star on the Misplaced Cave level. You need to reach a door in the upper left corner, on the highest floor. Then you go through a mini-level and you eventually reach the third star and an exit door.
