Don't continue this post. I made an Illuminati post A couple of years ago, when I was young and naive, when "they" get here "they'll" destroy this post. (They pertains to the same people that set me straight)

What is there to debate about? Go to youtube and read comments in Illuminati videos. All you will find is a bunch of ignorant fools preaching end of the world satan worship garbage. If anyone believes any New World Order or Apocalyptic conspiracy theories unsupported by evidence they are no better than the common ignorant fool. Conspiracy without evidence is no more convincing than any religion.
Theories/conspiracies like these are so popular because they make the big and complicated into something simple that can be pinned on 1 group or entity.

There are two kinds of Illuminati.
A Bavarian Enlightenment Society.
And one modern day idea thought off by those who haven't seen the light that is reality, and hope to be led by the lanterns of the Illuminati. Hence the name, due to the verb ''illuminate'', light up, brighten.
Ok that was bull, but so is every conspiracy about them.

the illuminati are real and they are everywhere in the media and entertainment industry. they use celebrities and icons whom have influence over large groups of people. if you havent heard of the illuminati please leave the internet.
I see. What a well researched, impressive, persuasive, argument that obviously has everything to do with this conversation.

And apparently anything with a square is now a masionic symbol. So everything with a square? Masonaric magic made to take over you mind.
I don't know about you, but when the first few minutes of a video have nothing to promote the actual message, and instead claim that the masons are taking over the world with magic, I stop watching it. Where is your proof? Did you even watch the video yourself?

I don't believe in the illuminati. I think the conspiracy is wonderful. It's a nice little story, but there's just no proof.
