We should be able to comment every 25 seconds and, should be able to change our ratings.
The 30 second wait will still apply to the forums and comments section on games in AG3 for obvious reasons, and you'll be able to change your ratings in AG3.
Out of curiosity, why would five seconds make much of a difference to you?
