Since the popular thread from 2011 has gone to hell with outdated images, false page redirections and 4 blank pages of deleted posts, I think it's time to start anew for the 2012 community.

I'll start out by posting some strange (but real) sodas I found on Google. You can be the ones to determine whether or not you'd ever try any of them.

http://steveandamysly.tannerworld.com/databank/2006/image_jonessoda_2006_holiday_holidaypack_antacidflavored_review3.jpg

The label on the last one is real, but the flavor is fake. You'll have to learn the Jones way of doing things.

Chips are another favorite when it comes to bizarre flavors.

^ Those BLT chips are actually not too bad.

And, of course, the Canadian classic...

If you know of any strange flavors or you just happen to find some online, post them here. Pictures are always appreciated.

Now THAT's a heart-stopper!

I didn't even recognize that as a burger at first. I thought it was some kind of yellow jello or a bunch of grease. It's pretty disgusting. Do people really buy them?

It has been done before... you too can purchase one for a small price of $97.66!

Been a while since I posted any pictures here, so here is a couple:

Here it is! Lettuce and potato ice cream! Sounds delicious doesn't it?

http://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l543/xeano321/sesame.jpg

Next one is chicken fried steak with ice cream:

http://img295.imageshack.us/img295/3083/cfsicecreamxr0.jpg

Kind of a weird combo, but it would be worth trying.

It's relatively the same where I live. Luckily there's so much diversity here that there are enough burger places to keep you alive long enough to clog your arteries.

Where I live, they claim diversity exists, but it doesn't. You can't find a place that serves bigger then a 1/4 pound hamburger.

P.S. It's mayonnaise

The combination doesn't sound bad, but that is the ugliest chicken-fried steak I've ever seen.

I want to see the calorie count for In N Out's 100x100 burger...

19,490 calories. 25 times the meat and cheese, but not even twice as many calories as the Quadruple Bypass Burger. Then again, the QBB is covered in lard, and that includes the bun.

It doesn't sound like it would have any flavor whatsoever. Which is why I find it very hard to take potato-flavored vodka seriously.

http://www.delish.com/cm/delish/images/k_gold_535.jpg

And yes, lettuce-infused vodka exists as well.

Next one is chicken fried steak with ice cream:

Apparently it isn't that good. The ice cream in question is basically frozen cream gravy, rather than just good ol' vanilla ice cream, so trying it may not be as worth it as it may sound.

Bet you guys can't guess the key ingredient in this!

P.S. It's mayonnaise

Am I the only one who looks at that image and sees a large cake about to land on and crush a smaller piece of cake?

The recipe probably hides the mayonnaise flavor well enough so that it isn't obvious, but it's still disgusting to think about. Maybe that's just my personal opinion, though, since I find mayonnaise in general to be disgusting.

Of course, mayonnaise used to be a popular salad dressing in the 50s, as was sour cream. This was during the time when Jello was considered to be a salad, so I'm not saying that 50s food ideas aren't weird. Just look at the egg cream.

Seeing those artery-clogging burgers along with chicken fried steak and chocolate cake made me wonder... does deep-fried chocolate cake exist?

And it turns out, the answer is yes, it does!

I know what kind of cake I want for my next birthday...

A defibrillator cake! =D

I heard about him dying, but I never knew the cause of death. I assumed it was a heart attack.

I knew a kid once that ate mayonnaise sandwiches... He would literally glob it on... Yuck.

Okay S. Pilot. You've been reading this thread too long. You're starting to crack up. Time for a rest now.

Sometimes mayonnaise tastes good to me, sometimes it doesn't. When I was little my cousin would make toast with mayo, and it usually tasted pretty good. But now I'd rather not have it at all. I almost feel a little sick thinking about it.

I'll bet it isn't half as good as deep-fried chocolate chip cookie dough.

I used to do that with ketchup.

Deep fried cake... Phhhffff, that's nothing.

Deep fried Trix, and deep fried Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Oh yeah, and you cannot go through life without trying a deep fried rice krispie treat:

Little did you realize that your cousin was trying to poison you.

I used to do that with ketchup.

That's kind of an odd combo. Whenever I eat bread with ketchup, it always gets soggy.

*Sniff*... That's very touching.

Deep fried Trix

In this case, Trix aren't for Kids. If the rabbit tries to steal this artery-clogger, let him. With a defunct heart, that blasted rabbit will never bother children about their flavorless cereal again.

deep fried Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

The cardiac arrest you can see.

Oh yeah, and you cannot go through life without trying a deep fried rice krispie treat:

That sounds like the most delicious thing ever, but I'm severely turned off by that revolting gray color. More than anything, it just looks like deep-fried cat food.

As far as Rice Krispie treats go, however, I have to say I much prefer Cocoa Krispie treats.

http://www.preparedpantry.com/full-ccrispie.jpg

Whether or not they contain chocolate chips and caramel icing.

My favorite of the treats, however, would have to be the chocolate peanut butter Rice Krispie treats. It's been years since I've had one and I'm only now remembering how titillatingly delicious they are.

I tend to like soggy bread, just as long as it's being soggy-fied by something tasty like stew or ketchup. I'll often use pieces of bread or toast to sop up the leftover juices on my plate so as not to let any flavors go to waste.

Ohh... Rice Krispies treats... the childhood nostalgia is killing me!

Hah, you're right, I do need some rest! Cheap wine from a box should get the job done...

My sister made those one time. They were pretty good. (My other sister made them with Fruity Pebbles one time. They were good too.)

Or if they're shaped like footballs.

That second one is pretty cool.
