Dark Crusaders of the Nebula

Part one: The Retreat
"Commander!" "The enemies have reached the walls, we wont be able to hold out any longer!" Zack shouted. "Are the fusion lasers online?" I asked. "Sir they haven't charged yet!" Zack shouted. "****. Charge those as fast as you can. The Zarnoks are closing in!" Suddenly a blast hits the top of the walls and twenty rifle men are knocked off. "We are taking Casualties!" Shouted a nearby guard. "Mark! Ready the cruisers! I got a feeling we wont be here for much longer." Me and my people are known as the Dark Crusaders, but today our home planet Necula has been attacked. Many of the Civilians manged to Escape, but our forces are dying out. "Ready the Gunships, we don't have much time to get away!" A Hole in the North Wall emerges and Zarnoks emerge blasting their way through my troops. "Fall back!" I commanded! "Destroy the fusion lasers!" I got aboard one of the gunships and my royal guard followed. They blasted a few of the Zarnoks down when we got on. "Pilot, get this craft to my command cruiser." I demanded. "Sir." The Pilot replied.

The Gunship landed in the Cruisers landing bay and the shields were activated. I emerged in the control room and told the pilots to Lift off. I touched the speakers. "Its time for us to retreat from our home. The Zarnoks Army was massive and pushed us back. We must travel to our allies in the outer part of the Nebula. The Guntharins will be pleased to see us alive. Lets hope they are safe as well." I told the crew and the speakers went dead silent. I motioned to the man controlling the hyper jump and told him to ready the engine. In the quickest 2 minutes of my life we jumped into hyper-speed. Planets and galaxies flew by. It will take us two days to travel to the outer Nebula. Four other cruisers are with us on this trip.

Part two: The Arrival

The cruisers emerged from hyper speed and the Guntharins home world Carzak was in front of us. "I have never been more happy to see this place." I Sighed in joy. "Prepare the cruisers for entry of the upper atmosphere." I told the Pilot. "Yes Sir." The Cruiser began its steady descent into the Atmosphere when two gun ships appeared by my command Cruiser. "State your business off-worlder." A Pilot commanded. "I am Commander Halt of the Dark Crusaders. I demand presence with your leader Crazik." I told the Pilot. "It shall be done off-worlder." The two gun ships escorted us to a landing area for my cruisers.. I was then led off the ship to a platform with a transport to the Royal Castle. "Commander Halt?" One of the Guntharin's Royal Guards asked. "Yes that is me." I replied. "Your old friend Crazik Wishes to see you."

The Speeder was driven to the castle and i was led into the throne room. Crazik and I stared each other in the eye then slapped each others backs. "Crazik my old friend! Its been forever!" I shouted in laughter. "Halt my good buddy! What brings you to my homeworld!" Crazik shouted in joy. I sighed sadly. "My home planet was invaded by Zarnoks four days ago. Me and my forces were forced to retreat from our home. The Civilians were able to escape to our secret lairs on the moon. I came to you in a request of help." I said sadly. "I'm sorry to hear that Halt, we fought off a invasion of Zarnoks a month ago and they haven't returned since then. I fear the worst that they will invade once again." said Crazik. I nodded. "Is there anyway you and your forces can help re-conquer my home planet with me?" I said. "Actually there is one way, but our attack ships were critically damaged on the assault a month ago and are halfway done on repairs." Crazik replied sadly. "I see." I nodded in sadness. "In other news! A feast to your safe arrival on our home Halt!" Crazik cheered! "Id love to have that my old friend!" I said in joy.

Crazik and I was seated by each other at the Banquet table and told each other our stories from our youth. When the chef came out with the rare treat of Squark, the best fat free meat on the Guntharins home. The chefs maids then brought the best wine they carried. Ol' Maple. The sweetest wine in the Nebula. Everyone drinks it. "I here you have been slaying more Soul Dracos Crazik?" I said in a mouthful. Crazik Burped in reply. "Yes we have had fresher meat and hide for our army because of the rise in population of them!" He said in joy. "Good news ill just have to buy some hide from ya one of these days!" I laughed in joy. Crazik and i bursted out laughing. "Remember the good ol' days of our youth slaying Soul Dracos on our home world. Best times we ever had." Crazik said. "Yes good times indeed my old friend!" I said in joy. We finished the feast and had our meeting on how we would repair his ships.

Gunships had set off in the trail of parts needed for My friends attack ships, we headed to the nearest city Glar-hork. That was 200 miles away.

Part 3: The Parts
The three day trip to Glar-hork was over and Crazik took us to his parts dealer. "This is the place, the dealer here is very nice and keeps extra rare parts for me in the back. His name is Boark." said Crazik.  "I heard of him before, we bought a part here once, long time ago but he might remember me." I told my friend. We walked inside and Boark greeted Crazik with joy. Boark walked up to me. "And if i think back you must be Halt? I presume?". I was shocked, he did remember me. "Yes thats my name, i cant believe you remember me!" I shouted happily. "I remember all my good customers! Plus i cant forget the face that saved my business!" Boark replied. Thats right, i thought. I did save his business from theiving crooks, because of that i had got a month supply of free parts. "Now Crazik, what was that part you needed?" asked Boark. "I need twenty hyper drive engines for a J9-Guntharin Attack cruiser." Crazik told Boark. "Well aren't ya the lucky one, i have twenty of those in the back warehouse. Follow me." Boark led us to the teleporter that took us into a giant warehouse. "My god..." i gasped. "This place is huge! Its maybe two of my command cruisers!" I shouted and my voice echoed. "Oh yes, we did make it to size of two Dark Nebula J-90 Command Cruisers. There is over 5,000,000 parts in this warehouse. Each stored in a bin or in another compound under the earth. If its below, there's going to be a teleporter to teleport it outside." Borak said. "I see how it works, if only my home planet had this, but your the dealer to all the good forces of the Nebula here." I told Boark. He nodded. "Aha! Here it is Crazik. The twenty engines you requested. All in tip-top shape and ready for installation." Borak told Crazik. "How much will it be?" Crazik asked. "For you, nothing my lord." Borak said. Crazik nodded. I guess that's the benefit of being a leader of a planet.

The parts were beamed outside into a large craft that would transport them back to the bays of my friends Attack Ships. "Are you sending those straight to the bay?" I asked. "Yes once the engines are loaded and secure, the transport will send em' back to the castle." Crazik said. I nod. "In the meantime, why don't we dine at one of the local pubs here in Glar-hork?" I asked. "Thats one hell of a brilliant idea my friend. I havent had good pub food in months!" Crazik grabbed my shoulder and pulled me onto the speeder. We were speed to the best Pub in the town. The Sharve Pub. I sucked in the wonderful smell of Guntharin food. "You people, are the best cooks i have ever known." The line was long but people moved out of the way for their leader and his best friend to get to the line. We ordered the best meal on the house and took the Leaders Booth. The V.I.P. section of the pub if you were to call it.

The food had arrived and the best bread and stew was here. The bread was rich in flavor and soft in texture. The Soup was made from Draco Meat added with the flavor of Squark. The bread was even better when dipped in the stew. A better kind of drink was served here. It was the pub's finest beer. Guntharin Ale, the finest kind of beer on the entire planet. It was made from the best kind of Alcohol but i don't wanna give out the details for their sake. I ate the stew with joy and dipped a chunk of bread into the stew. "This... *Munch* is some good stuff. I forgot how good this pub was." I said with a mouthful of stew.  "Yes indeed me and my guard always eat here when come here. But we don't come here often and it was your idea." Crazik took a chunk of bread and stuffed it in his mouth. I finished off the stew and threw the last hunk of bread into my mouth. I chugged my Ale down and burped in joy. "That was good." I said. Crazik Burped twice as loud as i did. The waiter came up and said this was on the house for being a good leader.

The time had came to pack our things and head back to the castle. The speeder had refilled on fuel and was waiting outside. We hopped aboard and headed back to the castle. The pub gave us to go food so we wouldn't starve to death on the trip.
