Description
In High Tea you play a 19th Century independent British smuggler selling opium in China’s Pearl Delta.
Buy cheap and sell high to make a profit and get the tea you need to keep Britain happy.
Based on historical events, this game also shines a light on a questionable episode in the history of the British Empire.
Controls
You have ten years before the opium wars begin – can you make your fortune?
First you need to buy opium by clicking on the buttons in the control panel on the left.
Then sell that opium for a profit by clicking on the best deals that appear on the map.
Once you’ve made some money, use it to buy enough tea to meet Britain's demands.
