My leader is 22 but I keep my experience down. I do not collect objectives or any other mission that rewards exp. Also I rarely send my leader on anything but auto missions.

Saw some of your comments on last stand and thought I would offer some advice. Have 1 or 2 melee with guns behind them. The melee keep them busy as you reload. I also move as a group. That has kept me safe during a "red raid".
