Rules of Rank
- ALL OFFICERS MUST DO LEADERSHIP; THIS IS GIVING ORDERS, PASSING DOWN ORDERS, PROMOTING, DEMOTING & LEADING EVENTS (other things may be added)
-Follow your superiors orders at all times.(or give them a GOOD reason why you won't or can't but respectfully)
- Treason will get you into deep trouble, also disrespect will get u a punishment.
- ADRESS ALL GENERALS and HIGHER RANKS AS SIR(any issues with this see me)
- INACTIVITY (especially in high ranks) WILL BE TALKED ABOUT FOR A POSSIBLE DEMOTION.
-DON'T ASK FOR PROMOS
- Report to people in jobs if their task concerns  u (earn points for promo etc.)
- if u have problems go to your Cohort leader
-ADDRESS EVERY TEAM MEMBER RESPECTFULLY
- Always report in spammers and you will get more points If you spam your crime is a major crime and will be judged by the officer in command, 2nd in command, SICs or Blackbeltr0(In Extreme cases by the HR COUNCIL)
- TELL AN OFFICER WHEN U NEED A PROMOTION
- keep track of news
- if your job needs something on the profile please put it there

-A promotion is given when your commanding officer decides you are ready. You must have completed any tasks 100% and follow orders in order to promote and be approved by the Commander.
Potential questions for Promotion Board
•    How long have you served
•    What do you plan to do to advance the group
•    How many have you recruited
•    When are you hoping to earn your next rank
•    Why do you feel you deserve this rank
•    What leadership have you done (if any)
•    What leadership do you want to do
•    Who do you want to serve with as a higher rank
•    What skill do you have that could help with becoming a higher and higher rank
•    What do you want to see happen as a higher rank
•    What changes should the group, or high rank staff make
•    Do you have any input about your group experience so far

Rules of Occupation
-Every job is to be completed when tasked and on time.
-You can request to leave your position by asking the LEADER.

-Severity of a crime will be decided by the Officer or any high ranking officer of the Team.

~Crimes are classified as: Extreme, Major, and Minor.

-Minor crimes result in a strip in rank.

-Major crimes result in a strip in rank and public posting of your crime.

How To Resolve In Group Conflicts

1: Go to a General tell what the issue is.
2: Tell them to talk to that General and if it does not stop Go to a TIC
3: If it progresses Tell The Punishment Officer, Judge and Sic.
