   Alright, I finally had a look at the pics, first up, your scanned page. I don't know what program you use but the tools are similar throughout: adjust the Levels, or the Brightness and Contrast. To get rid of the blurring, use Sharpen. Might need a bit of tweaking to get it right, though; the best solution to blurry scans is to ensure the page is completely flat on the scanner bed.
