In Toybox, you're supposed to use an actual piano to figure out where the notes are, then remember which keys to press in the game. If you don't have a piano, you can always google a virtual piano like this one: http://numbera.com/musictheory/piano.aspx. It was tough for me too since the recording is actually a half step flat. The notes are C D D B A.
