About

if you are reading this, then my question to you is this? what would you consider good evidence for something (any thing you would consider evidence on any subject you choose)? would it be something that makes you feel good, something that is argued from a stance of credibility, or something that is able to be logically and methodically proven? I have my own answer to this question, but I would like you to tell me yours, and why you think so.

My New Creative Writing Thread

here is the new rpg.

where you can find a photo of me

an abridged series I happened across that's vulgar, dark, and oh so hilarious.

The Destroy Game I Own

a satire on christianity. this guy is a satirist.

This link goes to my song of the day. It will change every day, and each song is guaranteed awesome. Today's song comes from the band Nevermore.

because a lot of people who join yggdrasil have no time to look over the thread anymore, here is the current list of rules that we are going by.

1.one post per turn will be counted (usually the first one unless you tell me not to count it).

2.you can choose to either help or hurt the tree, but I won't protect you if someone decides to kill you for impeding them.

3.when you die (or are banned) then you are done. I can choose to bring you back in, but I will only do so on nonspecified times (basically whenever I feel like you have learned your lesson)

4. there are 3 starting classes :noble warrior, dark mage, and good mage. the rest are either evolve forms, or titles that I bestow based on your actions. to get one of the starting classes, you will need to do a quest.

5.if you attack a person without any real provocation, I do have the right to reprimand you, but self-defense, or attacks of vengeance are allowed.

6.I give a lot of freedom in my game, but even I can't allow attacks that are super ridiculous. if I consider your post "stupid" then I will temporarily disable you.

7. when temporarily disabled, you are essentially losing a turn by posting how you get out of the disabling (for ex: I lock you in a cage, so you must post how you get out of the cage).

8. you can cooperate with other players to increase your combined damage, but only if you, or the other player, agree to do it together.

9. with the new nature touched system, you retain all of your previous powers of when you were attacking the tree, but you now get added nature bonuses to yourself as well (what they are is for you to figure out).

10.only 4 people are allowed to be nature touched at a time.

11.no direct mind control of another player(s)

if you need anything from me, then don't hesitate to ask me.

  1. No problem.  I'm not totally sure where you stand, but I hope that you get where I'm coming from.

  2. 1. I think that if more people are the reliqion I am, it will be easier to relate and communicate to others.  Catholics also have good morality, so altogether the world would be better.
    2. I was raised to believe it and it only made more sense as i grew up.  I've been able to cheer up, gain peace of mind, and pure happiness from this religion, so I know it's the one for me.
    3.  If it were proven out of complete facts, and if someone showed me the TOTAL wrong of my beliefs, I would stop believing.
    4.  No, other religions were made by men, therefore being easier to relate to by men.  Traditional Roman Catholicism was started by God, but just changed name because of threats and impostors.  Religion requires belief in things that don't make sense, and they're not supposed to really.  God reveals only what He thinks we need to know.  If He revealed everything, then not only the truly faithful would believe.  He's testing us.
    5.  No, God has never spoken to me.  He appeared or spoke only to the extremely holy, or those He needed to do something on earth for him.  Times have changed.  People these days, even catholics like me, are very sinful.  I have to go 45 minutes away to go to church.  There are plenty of "novus ordo" (new order or post-vatican 2) catholic churches around here which i cannot attend to.  I'd appreciate if you looked up novus ordo catholics and vatican 2 to see what I mean about the changes.  Those who claim to be catholic these days aren't really the true catholics.

  3. So under the assumption that all that was real, it would be possible for a woman to end up in heaven spending eternity with the person who physically and/or mentally abused them.

  4. Been toying with an idea but could use a double check.

Can you think of anything in the Bible that would have someone go to hell for being physically and/or emotionally abusive to a woman? So far what I can find at best it's just a matter of compensation in this world.

  5. Ok cool. Yeah, I just dont have much more time for this anymore
