Looking at Zeebarf's earlier stuff, he doesn't list a programmer, so I'm presuming it's fairly simple code he used for say The Visitor. If I keep things simple, that should help a little.

Yes, they started using an engine from Reemus 4. I'm fascinated by Zeebarf's games as it is the type of stuff I always wanted to make as a kid. Now I have my chance to dig out the dusty sketchbooks and get a real game out there on the internet!
Really progressing quickly, but only on the character and background designs. Still working on the details of the puzzles, but solid storyline, know exactly where I want to go with the game now.
Hopefully I won't bug everyone too much as I start to struggle on the coding side, but I'm hoping for a short, interesting game within the next couple of months if all goes well. See whether I was right 25 years ago when I dreamed of being a computer game developer.
