The Orc skill in Cursed Treasure 2 goes negative because it reduces cool down time for the towers. The further negative it goes the faster towers fire. Thus, if a tower has a cool down time of 2 seconds and you max out orc skills at -25% it will reduce the cool down to 1.5 seconds. Hope that helps.
