Honestly, I think the Flash Games forum would be a more appropriate place to post about a new clan/group for a particular game here on AG.

The only problem with creating another account to manage your group/clan and having someone help you with it is that account details cannot be shared or the account will be banned.
So, it's probably easier just to manage it on your own account, or have a third-party web site help you manage it.
