There are 4 other things besides jumping off the building, pet the cow by getting out of your car, going left and talking to the homeless guy, waiting below the tree infront of the office and once the leaf falls, press space, and finally not getting dressed and going to work, after you do those things then just keep going to where you jumped off, the end is a really good one :)
