I beta test when invited for either an open or closed beta test. It is my passion, not a job, unfortunately. I just finished alpha testing a game and it went well, they are now out of beta and marketing the game. It seems to be doing well so far.

Dear Sam,
Nice to meet you. Are you a full-time beta tester now?

I find it hard to save a game and come back and finish it, even when the game description says the game is saved automatically. A little more information would be helpful. But, even when my PTSD is affecting me, I still find these free games relaxing and very enjoyable.

Can you teach an old dog new tricks? I don't know. I'll let you know when I actually learn a new trick!
