    The shop scroll comes pretty rarely, usually every 6-8 levels at the beginning. Then, it comes a bit more often, 4-7 lvls, when you are at higher levels, given that you kill every single mob and get all the treasure chests. Try use the scroll when you have a full inventory, so you can sell more and never stock up on the scrolls.
