Evolution is just the term for this ordering/increase in complexity, it's not some magical force that magically improves everything. A theory describes observations and predicts, it doesn't make up whatever.

At some point, the right conditions occurred and that resulted in the first self replicating chemicals.

You're looking at it backwards. Evolution originated through that ordering. If you mean further down the line from near the start, it's because they were self replicating and changed over time, with the ones that were more capable of surviving surviving more often, thus leading to more complex forms. The chemicals represent the "how."

This isn't even talking about the earth here, it's talking about the universe as a whole. You're taking information, cutting out the part that kills your argument, and then falsely claiming it is saying something else.

It doesn't have a 100% constant volume. But the change is negligible. Outside material, such as meteors, would add volume. But that's like saying an ant adds volume to the desert.
