Your welcome mate, as you can see, those 2 armatars are no longer available as 0 AP. This was the case since the recent version of armatars, as of when this was posted, came out.
However, at this time, I do not really know how many AP requirement you need for those 2 armatars, but I do know that it is there somewhere, and also those recent armatars has been created by the new artist.

well, the armatar that I, carlie and the others has is 0 AP armatar, so you can equip it anytime
Those 2 armatars are made by the new artist, and it as a sample. So just go before the AP armatars and you should see them.
