IN response to your comment (Sierra 7): During the truck cannon area, Periodically go out of cover and quickly fire at the gunner. Eventually you will move to a different area only to find that the truck has been reoccupied by a new gunner. This will take more work. Do the same thing but wait after he fires a burst two times then for 1.5 seconds jump up and fire. It may take a couple of tries, but eventually you'll tackle it.
