I'm not 100% sure as to why Cen isn't a mod..keep in mind I joined the forums last August
(clearing things up..when I first joined..a few months after I did participate in the forums a bit..but only enough to get a couple hundred posts at best)
But..I think he simply retired from the position. If you want to know for sure..GhostOfMatrix is probably your best bet to ask
