You will need the Burst Torch and Particle Cannon to light him on fire. The Photon Blaster is fine, but I think you should really use the Holy Grail on him to take the Raze Soldier down. But get Static Field, Armor Plating, Hair Trigger, and Point Allocater or Cooling Packs for Raze 2 last Alien Campaign mission.

About Raze 2, the last mission on Alien Campaign. The Raze soldier has the 20% buff in attack speed, you need that too to throw in more hits. You also need the static field ability, armor plating and power extender. Stick with a rocket launcher/.50 sniper/ L. Minigun and a magnum for your buffs to get full value. Stay near the rapid fire/2x damage buff and you'll be fine. Good Luck! :)
