to unlock it you have to be using a killstreak in the foundary near the falling lava and you need to use a kill streak like the combustion killstreak or one that lasts for a few seconds but you have to time it right. you have to have your killstreak with low healt and when the falling lave comes use youkillstreak and jump in and if you die you will get the embarresing achievement

also make sure once youre on the side, shoot the people in the middle because theyy wont see you if you have good range then once all of them are gone go in for the center flag and go to the other side to capture that one, there are five enemies in total so you need to look to the skys if all of them are dead

Well I would try and use a fairly high leveled sniper and when you are parachuting down dont go towards the middle one, aim for the oones around the out side and aim down so you have a fast and clear shot at the enemies head, they might see you coming but it will be easy for you to take them down
