  3. You may not be eating enough. When exercising you're burning a bunch of calories, so you'll have to eat more to reach maintenance. I recommend using http://www.myfitnesspal.com to keep track of what you eat. You can set your goals and stuff there and they'll tell you how much to eat, most of it is correct, but they usually set the protein too low. However you should be able to find an online calculator to determine how much you need.

    But if you are eating enough and are still hungry, it's your body adjusting to the new diet and exercise regimen. Also, make sure you're drinking at least 8 cups of water daily.
