Alright. Here's how to do it:
Go play in death match mode and activate x2 damage option and the Rage mode option, uppercut the enemy while in rage mode to launch him off to the stratosphere.
To unlock Lift Off use the x5 damage option instead of the x2 option then do the same thing.
