Heya, on Protector - Reclaiming the Throne, I was on Path to Shoreview, but many of my units stopped gaining experience points and they couldn't level up anymore.
My skill points were placed in general with Teacher, Skintflint, and Telescopes. I think it was about level 4 or 5 on Path to Shoreview that most of my units just stopped gaining exp.
