Hmm, strange. There are a lot of bugs when it comes to quests. I have noticed that sometimes the count will go up, but the image of the quest will not show in your profile for a few days. This could be the problem. You could also talk to an Admin about this or post in the support forum.
Right now mine should be correct 126 which is the same as 18 (quests per page) x 7 (pages).

Unfortunately, I had to start a new save file. It didn't take too long to complete, 2 or 3 hours I'd say.
