About

Whiskey-Jack, Coyote, Ananzi, Kitsune - you call us tricksters.

Perhaps, but I prefer to be called teachers.

We are the storytellers. We are the actors. We are the stories. We spin the stories, we guide the action and we guard the tales. Our stories are many and various, and yet the same in a thousand different ways.

What is your tale?

WhiskeyedJack of CoyoteLabs here.

After stalking around the site, playing each and every game that peaked my curiosity, I finally gave in and joined.

Mostly I am a tinker and a dabbler. I try to be able to do a bit of everything. A bit of art, a bit of programming (mostly Python), and a bit of 3D design/animation (mostly Blender). I am new-ish to flash (as I said before, mostly tinkering), but hope to eventually get together a project I feel is worthy of AG.

If you a looking for me in the community, check the Programming section of The Forge, that's my usual haunt.

  1. thinking about a platformer game with AS3 and flash, was going to get some people together then figure out the details

  2. Links do work in these boxes, you just have to not have the BBCode to follow it. Thanks for the compliment though :)

  3. That's awesome! Did you enjoy it?

  4. That's where Erikson got the name from, the Native Americans.

  5. It's perhaps the greatest fantasy I've yet to read. It just has so much depth. And I asked because your username is similar to one of the characters, WhiskeyJack.

You acutally like Martin's work? I find the characters appallingly unrealistic and dry. The plot moves around in circles and the more interesting people never get enough page time. I like Dany and Jon's story arc, but Arya, Catelyn and the rest...oh boy. Too many tropes.
