    Man zone 7 of Sonny 2 is only available if u play in heroic mode.
    easy mode only opens 5 zones.
    Any question say something or go to forum (Sonny 2)

    In sunny 2 the AIs probably aren't healing you because they are not able to use any moves that require focus because of a debuff like silence or mind freeze.
