What's your budget? I can probably find you what you need for a good price. For instance, if you are looking to spend about as much as a console then you could get a pretty great deal for the price.

Ouch, I'm not sure it'll be able to run too great with your current processor. Well, for getting a new graphics card that will (to be safe) require a new PSU which is about $60 in addition.
For an idea of what video cards will be good you can go to this page about what graphics cards will run Skyrim (which you can use as an indicator) and how well they will run it. Just scroll down towards the bottom of the page and there'll be a nice list.
