Don't know if someone answered you where to find the Better Water in Sinjid but there's a bamboo thicket in the White Forest. If you press spacebar in front of it, you'll enter a Secret Zone. There's a well and a glowing rock. The well contains the water you're looking for. The rock is for later, you'll need a mining pick to get what's inside.
