yes. in a word :) but not anymore :L we used to have an admin Cormyn (http://www.armorgames.com/user/cormyn) but he resigned, so we don't have an admin at the moment, so we temporarily stunned until we get more. we had/have the power to contact admins and make them permanently ban and temporerily ban users.
