Saw your post at EFB4, maybe this help:
If you have all 4 you must have the medal, if you have the medal you can get the quest:
- load your game
- click on "Encyclopedia"
- click on "Medals"
Normaly this would be enough, sometimes its not... then:
- click oin the specific Medal-pic
This should solve the problem (only if you have the medal!, if you face the "my medals are gone"-issue... i have no idea^^).

Very true. Im kinda playing warcraft 3 nowadays.
(a rts similiar to colony.) I reccomend you check it out. Idk what time tho. Im free most days.
