I would like to give a shout-out to a couple cool people on AG: delossantosj, Tacky, Ernie, Bunneh, and Matrix. These people should be treated with respect. Also, I would like to say that I enjoy eating chocolate cake. Send me your cake and I will judge it.I also recently realized that this whole internet life is pretty much pointless. I am not sure why I stay on the internet and mess around. I like pretending to be old wise men and giraffes on Omegle. Technically today is the beginning of the rainy season for Cuba. Good thing I got out today. I also got Heavy Rain, and got my PS3 back in business. I'll probably getting the second Uncharted game, I'm still thinking if I should get the first one. Advice would be helpful. I am still willing to help anybody with Portal 2 co-op.

It's Friday. Look at the date above. Today isn't going to go very well. Anyways, I'm getting braces on Monday. Just not the type of braces you would think. I really wish I had a horseshoe right now. I'm also zooming through my second play-through of Mass Effect 2. I can't wait for Mass Effect 3. Oh Bioware, I love you so much.

I received my copy of Gears 3 from a midnight release, and played it for about an hour before going to sleep. The multiplayer was fast-paced and the Campaign so far is pretty good. I haven't tried the other modes yet.

I just came back from a visit to my mother in Philadelphia. I checked out the Mummies exhibit at the Franklin Institute. There were mummified fetuses. At the end of the exhibit was a notebook where people could write their thoughts on the exhibit and one of the most recent ones (almost exactly) said "The part with the fetuses made me hungry. I wish there was free food with the exhibit." I'd love to meet the person who wrote that.

I got Bastion (Xbox LIVE Arcade game) today. I started playing it, and basically played it non-stop the rest of the day. The game is amazing. The story is fantastic, the gameplay is decent if not good, the graphics are lovely, and the length is great. Something else about the game; the music is just beautiful. Oh, and the narration is...well it's too good to describe. 1200 Microsoft Points? Worth it.

I've been living in a new, larger house for a bit. I got Rage last weekend, and it's pretty cool. It reminds me a lot of Borderlands, just a bit more mature. I love the vehicle gameplay, and the Wingstick weapons.

Spike Video Game Awards will be on in a few weeks. My pick of which nominee will win Best Song in Game: Build That Wall (Zia's Theme) from Bastion. . Best game is more or less tied between Skyrim and Portal 2. Best original score? Bastion.  Best Independent Game? I hope Bastion beats Minecraft. Best RPG? Skyrim.

Skyrim won Game of The Year less than a month after it came out on the Spike VGAs. Bastion won Best Song,  Best Soundtrack (which I have purchased), and Best Downloadable game. Wheatley from Portal 2 lost Character of the Year, but did win Best Male Performance (Stephen Merchant), Ellen McLain won best Female Performance for GLaDOS.

So I got a 3DS with Ocarina of Time for Christmas. Decided to use the money I got to buy some games. Battlefield 3 for 40$, Halo CEA (40$), Mario 3D Land (40$). Good thing Canadians had a boxing day sale at Gamestop. Anyways, happy holidays to everyone. I can't wait 'till the 31st.
