About

For every difficult and complicated question there is an answer that is simple, easily understood, and wrong.

Hey, I thought of something new to write! I'm Dominican. Yep. That's it.

Read this out loud:

This is this cat
This is is cat
This is how cat
This is to cat
This is keep cat
This is an cat
This is idiot cat
This is busy cat
This is for cat
This is forty cat
This is seconds cat

Now go back and read the THIRD word in each line from the start.
Put this on your page if you like it

Six truths of life
1. You cannot touch all your teeth with your tongue.
2. All idiots, after reading the first truth, will try it.
3. And discover that the first truth is a lie.
4. You're smiling now because you're an idiot.
5. You soon will forward this to another idiot.
6. There's still a stupid smile on your face.
Pass it on if you're an idiot who fell for it!

  1. That's a pretty good question considering how biological evolution is a cornerstone to modern biology.

  2. yeah sure. from one shy kid to another :)
i think my school has one, but sadly im a year to young for it. oh well

  3. It's just a cold. I'll be okay.

  4. We don't usually regard psychopaths  and such as good people.

It's that the lesson and the person are not separable. If you do the lesson ceases to exist, along with it the acts done because from believing that lesson to be true. As for not being as critical or willing to question this can also step from those lessons as religion often teaches not to be critical or to question it. This is where it then tries to fill that gap it makes with faith.

  5. Thought I would first bring it up here since it's you who usually makes this argument. Often I've seen you argue "it's not religion doing wrong but the person" or something to that effect. Basically religion isn't doing anything wrong it's the people. This was a rebuttal to that that crossed my mind the other day.

If off what is religion basically? ";a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith". So basically religion are the beliefs and action of people. So if those beliefs and actions result in things that are negative and those beliefs and actions step from the religion then is it not the religions fault? To end with a quote.

"With or without religion, you would still have good people doing good thing and evil people doing evil thing. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion." -Steven Weinberg
