It's the computer make. On my laptop I could play it. But on my desktop I can't. It's strange.

Sorry to hear that the game is not working for you, but we are not admins on armor, so we can't be responsible for that. :) But the game is working fine for me ...
As for the other Carveola, it's not a second part, but spin off of the original. The second part is still in our consideration and will start working on it probably soon.
P.S. You can always try if the the game is working for you on our site.
