   Here is to get back on your question:
   "How do you get to stage 5? I can't even beat stage 2!"

   Well when you kill yourself in stage one by going slow and dropping onto the boost, which boosts you into spikes, you re-spawn, go FAST, and go over the boost and spikes.
   Then you go SLOW and go into the gravity changer that points up. You then die by spikes again. After that, re-spawn then go fast over the first spikes, then go FAST again into the gravity changer (that points up) and rotate 180 degrees while going up.
   You should land on a ceiling wheels first...
   Then kill yourself in stages 3,4, and 5!!!
