You can respond to entries. But if it goes on and on, about say whether the judge is coming back, yada yada, it's going off track a little. Since the threads are there for the main purpose of competition, and not really discussion.
Oh well, age doesn't always play a part, and it's more of an issue of how long one has been here to know what one can or cannot do. Also, it seems quite clear that ''So-and-So's Thread'' is only for so-and-so to post their work in. Makes it easier to collate your own work too, I guess.
You learn I guess. AG is a tight community with it's own set of dos and don'ts.
And technically, we can complain to Acmed if we think it's biased, since it goes against the rules. Then again, knowing Acmed, it could be a joke. I'm clarifying either way.
