    You dont refill your wells but when your wells are almost gone look on the toolbar and you find a person with a oil drop click on them and you will have a new way of getting oil.Have fun and rate me high plz

    for oil garchy when u have no more spots for oil go to where u found ur oil wells and u will see a new symbol it will be ur replacment for wells
