   Sir, I am unsure how this is relevant, considering account sharing is against the rules. If a user is seen break the rules, then the account will be warned or banned, without concern to the user behind the screen.
   If your brother did it, then go punch his face, that is the only thing there can be done, besides you not making the same mistakes again.

   I can however tell you the only way to deactivate an account would be to request the deactivation from an admin, who will then usually ask you to send an email from the email account that is connected to this account, before it will be permabanned. Hope that helps.

   I think you forgot to type in the rest of the question you were asking. If it is related to below warning, then I believe it is quite clear. You were reported for saying obscene things to another user, and you need to stop that behaviour.
