Hi Pestillence.
To get atreyu, it's simple. Here are the steps :
1) cuirass : do a lot of birthday cake of doom raids
2) blade : finish many times boar mission (story). I recommand legendary or nightmare difficulty for better chance
3) pants : beat down wrath until he gives them to you (personnel raids, purple sphere)
4) bracers : eat cybernetic shark, lots and lots of time
5) boots : win duel with Lu Bu a few times (personnel raids, purple sphere)
6) medallion : ah ! What can I say ! Most difficult item to get. Beat Vlarg hunter mission (story) huge amount of times, unless you're lucky. Same, I recommand legendary or nightmare difficulty for better chance.
