Little tip:
Do NOT skip zones!! (eg: Nate's quest, secret areas, optional zones): A developer has confirmed the following (around Feb 20ish):
-The area will still take the same amount of TIME to complete.
-If you are at a higher level, the area will require more ENERGY to complete compared to when you were first at the area (at a lower level).
This is because the drop odds are based on spending an energy bar - no matter how many whacks it takes.

Interesting stuff on the strat. The whole thing is probably set up on some poisson or geometric distribution. But I believe your level factors into your probabilities. at level 5 or whichever, one of those trinkets boosts your odds by a whopping 17% or so, and now, the same trinket is down, hanging between 2-5% for me. 3 hours sleep is not enough to think probability right now though. might think about it more later
