Oh hi kitty: play on frostbite and go left and try to jump on the high big ice berg then go to the middle of it and jump .
4x health : Go to first mission in human campaign when u reach the jump pad jump and return again to it wait for the impact then try jump where u started the mission.
The moon : go to crash landing and get a sniper then go to the left jump pad then go a little bit to the left then shoot the moon
