Well you Have to be level 41, be recommended by an offfical Angel, also most of the guys/girls who recrute people make it to where you have to beat them in a race, I say at least 3 or 4 out of 9 runs, so yeah.
The reasin for haveing to beat one of the Angels is to sort of prove yourself worthy of being an AngelOf...whtever...

the Angel Clan is a group for Exit Path, same as Exit Band, except the Angels are fast and can do tricks, instead of just focuseing on the tricks like the Exit Band does.
