hey guys whats up well my name is Ryan i live in Las Vegas i go to chaparral high school am in the 11th grade i play sports like weight training, swimming team, ROTC stuff and hanging out with my friends i go on armorgames as much as i can and i go on myspace if am not on anyone of those then am playing my systeams like Xbox 360 Ps2 or PS3 gamecube and others. well if you ever wont to talk to me then look at my other list and it tells you other info.

   Lol ya ive been dating a girl since   9/29/08   ya,  ive been joigging 3 or 4.5 miles, somethnig aroud their, Barrel curls army presses, lifts, curls,curls with dumbells.

   Dang i dont get how people do that i can opnly do 50 tops ya i still run i have lots of endurance know and will be faster in track.
